1. What is the check-in process like?
Check-in instructions along with the apartment address and entry passwords will be send before arrival or on the day of arrival to the telephone number received at the reception and to the e-mail address. Check-in starts at 3:00 pm.
2. What does the check-out process look like?
On the day of check-out, the apartment must be vacated until 10 am. Before leaving, please take all your belongings because the door code will be automatically invalidated until 10 a.m. After this time, it will no longer be possible to return to the apartment. Please close all windows, turn off all appliances and air conditioning.
3. Is it possible to store luggage after check-out or before check-in?
In the apartments at 10 Drobnera Street we offer lockable luggage boxes, but using them is subject to an additional fee.
4. Is it possible to check in earlier?
Early check-in is possible, but depends on the availability of the specific apartment. Please submit such a request one day before your planned check-in and we will try to accommodate your needs.
5. Is it possible to check in after 10 p.m.?
Check-in starts at 3 p.m. For the comfort of our guests, electronic locks are installed in all apartments, enabling great flexibility in terms of check-in time at any time after 3 p.m. Thanks to this solution, our guests can arrive at the apartment late at night without having to make an appointment with our staff to collect the keys.
6. How to open the entrance door to the building?
Our guests receive all the instructions with the codes to all doors. Please also pay special attention to the symbols provided with the code, such as bell, key, hashtag, which should be used in accordance with the order given in the instructions.
7. Is there parking available on-site?
Apartments at Drobnera 10: free public parking is located along the streets: Duboisa, Brodatego, Rydgiera, Śrutowa . There is also free public parking available behind the building.
Apartments at Komuny Paryskiej 72/2a: we offer paid parking spaces in a closed, unguarded yard behind the building or in the underground garage. Reservations and payments must be made via our website. Parking on the street is paid.
Apartments at Ruska 33: paid public parking is located along the streests: Pawła Wlodkowica (there is also a parking lot next to the Registry Office), Garbarska (underground municipal garage), Wszystkich Święta.
8. Is the kitchen equipped with dishes and other utensils?
Each of our apartments has a kitchenette equipped with necessary dishes and kitchen utensils.
9. Is it possible to receive an invoice for the stay?
To receive the invoice, please report it no later than 10 a.m. on the day of check-out, providing the appropriate data and e-mail address for sending it. The invoice will be sent within 7 business days after the end of the stay.
10. Is smoking allowed in the apartments?
In accordance with the regulations, smoking tobacco products and electronic cigarettes is strictly prohibited in the apartments. Violation of this ban will result in a fine of PLN 2,000.
11. Can I pay in cash on site?
We only accept online payments via our website or bank transfers.
12. Can I come with a dog or cat?
Pets are not allowed in our properties.
