1. How does the check-in process work?

 

Check-in instructions, including the apartment number and access codes, are sent one day before arrival or on the day of arrival to the phone number provided in the reservation and to the email address.

Check-in starts at 3:00 PM.

Our property does not have a reception. There is an office on-site, open from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM. Check-in is self-service using electronic locks. There are no key boxes or traditional keys. Access to the apartment is provided via a code entered directly on the electronic door handle. To enter the code, first touch the keypad to activate it, then enter the code followed by #, and press the handle to open the door.

Each guest receives an individual access code automatically generated by the system. After the guest checks out, the code is changed.

The stay runs from 3:00 PM on the day of check-in until 10:00 AM on the day of check-out.

 

2. How does the check-out process work?

 

On the day of check-out, the apartment must be vacated by 10:00 AM. Before leaving, please make sure to take all your belongings, as the door code will only work until 10:00 AM. After this time, it will no longer be possible to access the apartment.

Please close all windows and switch off all appliances and the air conditioning before leaving.

 

3. Is luggage storage available before check-in or after check-out?

 

At the apartments at 10 Drobnera Street, we offer lockable luggage lockers. The cost is PLN 30, payable by BLIK or traditional bank transfer.

At the apartments at 32/33 Ruska Street, there is no luggage storage facility. For safety reasons, it is not possible to leave luggage in the rooms while they are being cleaned.

 

4. Is early check-in possible?

 

Early check-in is available for an additional fee of PLN 50, from 1:00 PM at the earliest, subject to the availability of the apartment. Please request early check-in no later than one day before your planned arrival. We will do our best to accommodate your request.

 

Is late check-out possible?

 

Late check-out is available for an additional fee of PLN 50, until 12:00 PM at the latest, subject to availability. Please request it no later than one day before your planned check-out.

 

5. Can I check in after 10:00 PM?

 

Check-in starts at 3:00 PM. For the comfort of our guests, all apartments are equipped with electronic locks, allowing flexible check-in at any time after 3:00 PM.

This means guests can arrive late at night without having to arrange a key collection with our staff. The access code is active from 3:00 PM on the day of check-in until 10:00 AM on the day of check-out.

 

6. How do I open the main entrance door to the building?

 

The instructions sent to you contain the codes for all doors. Please pay particular attention to the symbols provided with the codes, such as the bell, key and hashtag symbols, and use them in the order specified in the instructions.

 

7. Is parking available at the property?

 

Apartments at 10 Drobnera Street:

Free public parking is available behind the building. Parking spaces cannot be reserved as it is a public car park. Paid public parking is also available along Brodatego, Rydygiera and Śrutowa Streets.

Apartments at 32/33 Ruska Street:

Parking is available for an additional fee of PLN 60 and requires advance reservation. The parking area is managed by an external company and is available only during your apartment reservation, from 3:00 PM on the day of check-in until 10:00 AM on the day of check-out.

otorcycles and vehicles equipped with LPG systems are not permitted.

Due to the limited number of spaces, please contact us by phone before making a reservation to check parking availability. Paid municipal parking is also available on the nearby streets.

A refundable deposit of PLN 100 is additionally charged for the parking card. After the card is returned, the deposit will be refunded within 5 business days of check-out using the same payment method.

 

8. Are the kitchens equipped with dishes and kitchen utensils?

 

Yes. Each of our apartments has a kitchenette equipped with the necessary dishes and kitchen utensils.

 

9. Can I receive an invoice for my stay?

 

To receive an invoice, please notify us no later than 10:00 AM on the day of check-out and provide the required billing details.

The invoice will be issued within 7 business days after the end of your stay. For individuals and foreign companies, the invoice will be sent to the provided email address. For Polish companies, the invoice will be available for download through the KSeF system.

 

10. Is smoking allowed in the apartments?

 

According to our regulations, smoking tobacco products and electronic cigarettes is strictly prohibited in the apartments. Violation of this rule will result in a PLN 2,000 penalty.

 

11. Can I pay in cash on-site?

 

We only accept online payments through our website or bank transfers.

 

12. Can I bring a dog or cat?

 

Pets are not allowed in our properties.

 

13. Do the rooms have air conditioning?

 

Air conditioning is available only in selected rooms. Please check the description of the specific room before making a reservation.

 

14. Is there an elevator?

 

Apartments at 10 Drobnera Street: There is no elevator. The apartments are located on the 1st and 2nd floors.

Apartments at 32/33 Ruska Street: There is an elevator.

 

15. How do I turn on the induction hob?

 

Touch and hold the lock 🔒 symbol for approximately 5 seconds to deactivate the lock.

Press the ON/OFF button to turn on the hob.

Place a suitable cookware item on the selected cooking zone.

Select the cooking zone and adjust the heat level using + / –.

 

16. How many people can stay in the apartment?

 

The maximum number of guests depends on the apartment selected. The price of the stay also depends on the number of guests, so please provide the correct number of guests when making your reservation.

People who are not included in the reservation are not permitted to stay in the apartment. Detailed information about the maximum number of guests can be found in the description of each apartment.

 

17. Does each apartment have a bathroom?

 

Yes, every apartment has a private bathroom with a shower and a toilet.

 

18. Is Wi-Fi available in the apartments?

 

Yes, free wireless internet access is available for our guests. The Wi-Fi password is displayed on the door inside the room.

 

19. Can I cancel my reservation?

 

The possibility of free cancellation depends on the conditions of the selected reservation. Details are provided during the booking process.

 

20. Can I extend my stay?

 

Yes, subject to apartment availability. We recommend contacting us as early as possible if you would like to extend your stay.

 

21. Are the apartments cleaned during the stay?

 

Regular cleaning during the stay is not provided.

 

22. Are bed linen and towels provided?

 

Yes, each apartment is equipped with fresh bed linen and towels. The amount provided corresponds to the number of guests included in the reservation.

 

23. Can the windows be opened?

 

Yes, the windows can be opened in the apartments at 10 Drobnera Street and 33 Ruska Street.

However, some apartments at Ruska Street have fixed fire-safety windows that cannot be opened. Information about the type of windows can be found in the description and photos of the specific room. Please check this information carefully before making your reservation.

 

24. How can I make a reservation?

 

You can easily make a reservation through our website by entering your preferred dates and number of guests. Reservations can also be made directly with our staff by phone or email.

 

25. What is provided in the bathroom?

 

Each bathroom is equipped with bath towels, soap, shampoo, toilet paper and a hairdryer.

 

26. Is an iron available in the apartment?

 

Yes, every apartment is equipped with an iron and an ironing board.

 

27. I have reserved parking. Where can I collect the parking card and where is the parking located?

 

Detailed parking instructions are sent to the email address provided during the reservation, together with the booking confirmation.

If the parking reservation was made before 3:00 PM on the day of check-in, the parking card will be waiting for you in the apartment on the table.

If the parking reservation was made after 3:00 PM, the card must be collected from the box located under the stairs. The box number and opening code are included in the reservation confirmation message.

The parking lot is located at 2 Grabarska Street. The entrance is on the right-hand side. There is a sign on the wall saying “Parking ogólnodostępny”.

After leaving the parking area, please return the parking card to the mailbox located on the entrance door of our building at 32/33 Ruska Street.

 

28. I entered the wrong door code and the lock is blocked. What should I do?

 

For security reasons, the lock is temporarily blocked after three incorrect code entries. Please wait approximately 2 minutes. After this time, the lock will automatically unlock and the code will work again.

When entering the code, first touch the keypad to activate it, then enter the code followed by #, and press the handle to open the door.

 

30. Is the property accessible for people with disabilities?

 

The property is not adapted to the needs of people with disabilities. The rooms and corridors do not have appropriate accessibility features. An elevator is available only at the apartments at 33 Ruska Street.

 

31. What is the view from the apartment?

 

We offer apartments overlooking either the inner courtyard or the city.

Please note that the term “city view” is a standard category used by the booking platform. It means that the apartment faces the city rather than the inner courtyard. It does not mean that the apartment has a panoramic view of the Market Square or the main landmarks of Wrocław.

Apartments facing the inner courtyard are generally quieter and more peaceful, so we particularly recommend them to guests who are sensitive to city noise.

 

32. How long is the hotel day?

 

The stay runs from 3:00 PM on the day of check-in until 10:00 AM on the day of check-out.

 

33. I left something in the room. Can you send it to me?

 

Unfortunately, we do not send items left in the apartments. They can be collected in person during our office opening hours. Please contact us in advance to arrange a convenient collection time.

 

34. How can I get to the apartments?

 

Our apartments are located in the very centre of the city, right next to the Market Square. There are numerous bus and tram stops nearby, providing easy access to different parts of the city, as well as to the Main Railway Station, bus station and airport.

We also recommend using the Jakdojade app, which makes it easier to plan journeys using public transport, allows you to purchase tickets directly in the app and track vehicles in real time.

 

35. Can minors make a room reservation if they have parental consent?

 

Minors cannot make a reservation or stay in the apartment without an adult present, even with parental consent.
